Handmade Epoxy Construction
Hyperlite introduces another construction method into the Wakesurf quiver. Our Handmade Epoxy Construction compliments the Hyperlite range with that handmade feel at a great price. An epoxy wakesurfer is made using a polystyrene core which is coated with epoxy resin, similar to most ocean surfboard methods. Centered is Hyperlites bamboo stinger and we use a stronger fiberglass cloth to limit denting while handling airs in the wave. This season we are stoked to introduce to shapes, The Droid and Wingman, featuring our new handmade epoxy construction.
EPS Core
Expanded polystyrene foam provides a super lightweight and durable core.
Epoxy Resin
Single to Double Concave
Channels water down the belly of the board transitioning to dual concave exiting tail.
Hybrid Rail Design
Blending of sharper rails for speed and rounded rails for carving, cruising and feel.
Spoon Tip Design
Provides lift and added bite on the face of the wave.
Thruster Tri Fin
Surfing's most popular setup, tri-fin is ideal for surfers of all ability levels, the 3rd or center fin provides additional stability and maneuverability.
Tail Profile - Mid
Traditional surfboard tail shape for quick carving and maneuverability.

A squarer back with rounded corners delivering a snappy feel with increased hold in the wave.
FCS II Tooless Fin Boxes
The FCS II system made it possible to install and remove your fins in seconds, without the need for any screws or tools. Game changer!
