The Approach is HO's top of the line binding and is designed to be the ultimate in lateral (side to side) support. This design helps the skier gain better edge pressure and balance due to the ankle wrapping Lateralus Heel Piece. Notice that there is no seam in the side of the binding. The stiff cuff of the Approach directly translates to responsiveness and better skiing fluidity. The front lace system with the additional cinch tab and riveted eye loops conforms to the top of the foot. Superfeet(TM) insoles stabilize the heel and provide arch support. Due to the arch support, Approach bindings are right or left foot specific. |
